Frequently asked questions and company guidelines
Shipping? We ship through USPS. Most orders will go out same or next business day. Please forgive slightly longer processing times in peak times (Christmas, Black Friday, or any major sale) or due to unforeseen events. Processing times are not guaranteed, but please know we do our best.
Orders with a subtotal of $80 or more will ship free with the least expensive USPS option. Check out our Flavor of the Week option to receive free shipping on your entire order, regardless of price.
We ship from Piedmont, South Carolina, USA, so please allow adequate shipping times to your location. We provide a tracking number for all orders. Please understand that we only have access to the same tracking information you do.
In general, you can expect 2 or 3 business days for Priority and 2 to 5 business days for First Class, but again, these times are not guaranteed by us or the United States Postal Service.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order.
Returned Packages? If your package is returned to us for any reason, you have two options. The first option is to receive a refund for your order, minus any shipping charges we incurred and minus a 10% restocking fee. The second option is for you to pay shipping to have your order reshipped to you. We will attempt to contact you. In the event that we cannot contact you for any reason, after ten business days your order will be refunded, minus shipping and minus a 10% restocking fee.
What if my order is marked as delivered but is not delivered yet? If this happens, please wait at least two business days before contacting us. Most of the time the package was accidentally marked as delivered and will be delivered within the next two days. We will not refund orders marked as delivered.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your purchase due to carrier error. If your shipment has been lost or damaged, please contact us and your local post office. We are not responsible for your shipment once it has received it's first scan from USPS, even if it is marked as delivered.
Do you have retail stores to visit? Yes, we do. Our address is 7704 Augusta Rd, Piedmont, SC, 29673. We are open from Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 8PM. We're closed on Sunday.
Can I place an order online and pick up in store? You can do this, but shipping charges will still be charged and cannot be refunded. Please call us before placing your order to confirm that we do have the item in stock at our store and are able to fill your order by the time you arrive to pick it up. Prices are the same online as they are in store, however we do not offer the Flavors of the Week at a discounted price in store. Most promotions and discounts offered online are not valid in stores and most promotions and discounts offered in store are not valid online. Unless an online discount, promotion, price or sale specifically states it is available in stores too, it will not be valid in stores. We reserve the discretion to turn down any attempt to redeem a discount, promotion, price or sale that is listed online in our retail store. Keep in mind most promotions offered online are to offset the shipping cost of your order which is not applicable when you come to our retail store and make a purchase.
What is your return/refund policy? All orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed for any reason. Please understand that taste is subjective. You may or may not love the taste of a juice that others may or may not love. We do not accept returns on juice or replacement coils for any reason. Non juice items are covered by a 30 day warranty that covers manufacturer defects only. You are responsible for the shipping costs of shipping the item back to us. If we determine that the item is not covered by our warranty due to customer misuse or any other reason that isn't a manufacturer defect, we will hold the item until you pay for us to ship it back to you. In the event we determine that the item is not damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will hold it for no greater than 30 days. If you have not provided payment for the item to be shipped back to you within 30 days we will discard of the item, no refund will be given, and no further discussion will take place in regards to the situation. We reserve the right to not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
We will never share or sell your information with any third party. Your name, email, phone and address will be used solely for order-related communication and shipments. We do not store credit card information, which is ran securely to prevent interception by third parties. We use Google Site Stats for tracking sales made through our Google ads. Though none of your personal information is being used or recorded in any way, you may disable this cookie if you wish.
